To Check Connectivity on Piping Components

Click the Check Connectivity icon

from the Piping ribbon.

Optional: If you want run the Connectivity Checker on individual pipelines, open the Pipeline Manager to run the connectivity tool on the selected pipeline.

The Connectivity Checker dialog displays listing the connection information for the components in the model. Disconnects are flagged with a red box next to the component and the details of the disconnect are displayed in the pane below it.

If disconnects exist that can be repaired, use the Fix Disconnects button to repair any disconnects listed.

Note: This button will only display if a disconnect that can be repaired is detected.

Note: To control Joint Tolerance of some specific joints uncomment OPM_EXTENDED_JOINT_TOLERANCE variable in Modeler.cfg. Make sure the joint you want to fix is added in the cfg variable followed by tolerance value. For Example, VICTAULIC_PLAIN_END,1.7.This fixes disconnect.
